Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized 3
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative professional to support seasonal product design initiatives within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. Our team works to transform research and advanced consumer insights into actionable design solutions that target growth opportunities in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to ideation and visioning processes, generating innovative concepts consistent with business objectives and new product direction.
- Lead research and engineering tasks by establishing testing protocols, developing insights, and engineering prototypes that validate new ideas.
- Enable the progression of innovation projects through effective collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and external partners to deliver tangible results.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate project findings and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a product design capacity, ideally with a focus on collaborative project delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, and Photoshop.
- Proven ability to listen effectively, take direction, and remain adaptable in a team environment.
- Preferred skills include experience with CLO, prior industry-related background, and knowledge of material creation and apparel construction.
