Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized

Job Summary: We are seeking an expert in apparel product design to drive creative processes and deliver industry-leading solutions. Our team values innovative thinking, strong collaboration, and a passion for combining craftsmanship with functional design across diverse apparel projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop seasonal design concepts for a range of performance apparel, from base layers to outerwear, ensuring alignment with broader brand vision and innovation strategies.
- Guide creative processes throughout the design lifecycle, collaborating closely with design, development, and product management teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Create impactful presentations and storytelling materials to effectively communicate design narratives and project concepts.
- Assess prototypes and revisions, maintaining confidentiality and preparing products for successful seasonal launches.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in apparel product design, with a focus on apparel construction and functional product creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CLO 3D, with the ability to bring projects to life and effectively showcase concepts.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to manage projects autonomously, and prior experience working cross-functionally within creative teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a proven passion for sport culture, performance, and innovative design.
