Job Title: Product Development Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support elite athlete footwear creation within a high-visibility environment. Our team values collaboration, discretion, and a passion for delivering product excellence across prominent sports moments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end creation of custom athletic footwear, ensuring products meet performance, fit, and timing requirements for athletes.
- Translate design intent into production-ready execution, managing workflows tied to athlete-specific timelines and sample requests.
- Act as the primary interface with overseas factories and partners, ensuring clear communication, technical alignment, and responsive issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, and sports marketing teams to drive excellence and adherence to development standards and best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a product development or similar role.
- Project management skills, including adherence to deadlines, timelines, and budgets.
- Effective communication skills, high organization, attention to detail, and collaborative team orientation.
