Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee global projects in training apparel for a high-profile company. Our team values forward-thinking professionals who can influence, collaborate, and drive product excellence in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the creation of training apparel for athletes at all levels, ensuring projects remain on track and decision-making is well-informed.
- Lead product and design reviews, participate in cross-functional meetings, and facilitate collaboration with merchandising and design teams.
- Define and drive product strategy, leveraging business and competitor insight to inform compelling storytelling and consumer-focused solutions.
- Partner with sports marketing, athletes, and consumer groups to gather insights and support product approval while championing trend and cultural awareness.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent blend of education, training, and relevant work experience.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in product-related roles, with demonstrated knowledge of performance or training apparel.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with large, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with tools such as Keynote, Excel, and Miro; familiarity with internal systems and processes is a plus.
