Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the value and viability of a product within a business-focused product line. Our team is looking for a strategic individual who can guide empowered, cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with high-value business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product accountability by achieving and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and profit and loss objectives.
- Co-create, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals across functional teams.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis; use insights to inform decision-making and empower teams to address priority needs.
- Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams and promote a product operating model that emphasizes outcomes over output.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of proven experience in lean product management or comparable fields, with 3+ years in enterprise-scale settings.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise and AI applications, guiding teams from vision to execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
