Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Manager to support marketing operations technologies and help drive stability, improvement, and readiness across key business initiatives. Our team is looking for someone who can partner across stakeholders, translate business needs into clear requirements, and keep critical workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as product owner for promotional content systems by leading PI planning, aligning objectives to roadmap priorities, and managing demand intake and prioritization.
- Partner with product management, business analysis, and DevOps teams to support iteration planning, resolve escalations, and document business needs clearly.
- Support taxonomy, metadata, and governance initiatives while helping improve marketing operations processes across connected platforms.
- Coordinate launches, acquisitions, migrations, vendor activities, and ongoing support efforts to ensure operational readiness and timely issue resolution.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience supporting commercial, marketing operations, or field-facing technologies.
- Hands-on experience supporting Veeva Vault platforms, with PromoMats preferred, and related marketing operations systems.
- Strong experience working within IT service management and DevOps frameworks, including incidents, service requests, enhancements, and PI planning.
- Demonstrated ability to partner across business and IT teams while supporting large, complex projects.
