Job Title: Product Manager L&D

Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate product vision and success metrics, aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development, ensuring aligned requirements and successful outcomes.
- Partner with development and data teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms supporting training delivery and tracking.
- Design, build, and scale reusable, on-demand learning assets that support various teams across the organization.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or digital engagement platforms.
- Experience with learning and development platforms, LMS/LXP systems, and enterprise training solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate engagement data into actionable product decisions.
