Product Manager – Retail Demand Forecasting 

Location: Remote (Cincinnati, OH / Blue Ash area preferred)
Travel: Minimal, potentially 1–2 company-paid trips per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a large-scale retail technology implementation focused on Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) and Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define product requirements, manage priorities, and drive successful delivery of demand forecasting capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in demand forecasting, hands-on product management experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, requirements gathering, and delivery activities supporting the implementation of Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF) and Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors to define requirements, establish priorities, and coordinate deliverables.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
• Translate demand forecasting and retail business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stakeholder demonstrations, and PI planning.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and implementation challenges while coordinating solutions across teams.
• Define product success metrics and leverage operational data and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements.
• Present product updates, priorities, and recommendations to business leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager managing technology products through planning, requirements, prioritization, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with demand forecasting, ideally within retail, merchandising, inventory planning, or supply chain environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, including Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF), Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), or comparable forecasting platforms.
• Strong experience collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements, user stories, and measurable deliverables.
• Experience working in Agile environments with product backlogs, sprint planning, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior business leaders.
