Job Title: Product Manager – Retail Product Lines
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an energized professional to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting focused on product creation and innovation. Our team values curiosity, collaboration, and strong analytical skills to support seasonal apparel product lines from concept to market launch.
Responsibilities:
- Support the seasonal apparel line by tracking style counts, margin targets, pricing ladders, and category architecture, ensuring alignment with consumer insights and marketplace needs.
- Manage data accuracy within product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, including style setup, bills of materials (BOMs), pricing, and attributes; coordinate key product development milestones.
- Analyze athlete feedback, retail trends, competitive products, and consumer behavior to inform product decisions and support product storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Merchandising, and Sales to maintain product direction, track prototypes, fit sessions, and assist with go-to-market (GTM) tools and presentations.
Required:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and PLM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about apparel construction, materials, and performance innovation; strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
