Job Title: Product Manager – Retail Product Lines
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are supporting the search for an experienced Product Manager – Retail Product Lines to help drive product creation and commercialization within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Our team is looking for someone who can translate consumer and athlete insights into compelling seasonal strategies, maintain strong cross-functional alignment, and help bring market-leading products to life.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product creation and commercialization activities from line planning through final product approval.
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, development, sourcing, demand planning, and operations partners to ensure alignment and progress.
- Research products, athletes, and the marketplace to inform seasonal product strategies and briefs.
- Manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and deliver key presentations to global and geo partners.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing.
- Strong skills in Keynote and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, collaborative communication, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
