Job Title: Product Operations Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Product Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and effectiveness within our global organization. Our team leverages collaboration and innovation to support the agile and nimble development of footwear products, making a significant impact on our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance internal processes through identification of issues and driving process improvements.
- Ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization when applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver key projects on time.
- Create and facilitate training, procedural, and system documentation.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or Strategy.
- Proficiency in Apple & Microsoft Suites including Keynote, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with the ability to network and influence.
