Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to build and manage enterprise-wide communication and platform capabilities that will be leveraged across a leading organization. Responsibilities:

  • Translate platform vision, enterprise context, and priority use cases into a clear, actionable backlog.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technology to define scope, decompose work, and support PI planning and sprint execution.
  • Continuously prioritize and refine the backlog, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and ensure delivery aligns with enterprise standards and scalability goals.
  • Make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions while supporting delivery of reusable enterprise platforms in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Required:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, including EPICs, features, user stories, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, SAFe), including PI planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
  • Expertise in translating business and platform needs into actionable requirements in close partnership with engineering and architecture.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with a demonstrated ability to make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions.
