Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking professionals eager to contribute meaningful engineering solutions on the factory floor and beyond. Our team focuses on transforming innovative designs into reality, collaborating closely with production personnel to drive success throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop root cause solutions for production non-conformances, applying design principles to resolve product or process issues.
- Conduct research and implement improvements for technical, operational, and quality concerns, supporting production and post-production environments.
- Ensure compliance with standards and document deviations that could impact design intent or safety, managing resolution and communication.
- Participate in training rotations involving various shifts, travel between sites, and exposure to factory environments including disabled product repair teams and static strength analysis.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree from an ABET or ABET equivalent accredited course of study in Engineering.
- Minimum of 9 years’ experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
- Experience conducting Material Review Board (MRB) activities related to aircraft systems or structures.
- Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills for working hands-on with production personnel in a fast-paced environment.
