Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Moses Lake, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We drive resolution of complex product and process issues by utilizing advanced engineering principles and leading multidisciplinary teams. Our team delivers technical expertise to analyze, troubleshoot, and implement innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze, conduct root cause analysis, and develop solutions for complex design non-conformances and product/process issues.
- Direct investigations into system-related events, assess event reports for potential safety issues, and contribute to the development of product and process improvements.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance during design, testing, delivery, and post-production phases, including shop floor visits when necessary.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited course of study, or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Typically 14 or more years of related work experience, or combination of appropriate education and experience (e.g., PhD + 9 years, Master’s + 12 years).
- Ability to lead teams, demonstrate resourcefulness and innovation, and work independently with strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Experience with investigating and resolving flight squawks, working on structure, systems, interiors, and support of delivery activities.
