Job Title: Production Operations Manager
Location: Reedsville, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek an experienced leader to drive operational excellence across second-shift manufacturing operations. Our team values proactive oversight, process improvement, and a strong focus on safety and collaboration to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production processes for approximately 30 direct labor associates, ensuring efficiency, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Spend significant time on the production floor supervising teams, ensuring safety protocols, and driving performance improvements.
- Implement Lean projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support new product introduction while maintaining seamless operations.
- Manage talent, conduct performance management, support employee growth, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 1 year of experience with a Master’s degree, in fields such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment with a demonstrated ability to hit the ground running.
