Job Summary: Our team is dedicated to empowering field, vendor, and operations teams with the tools to excel in acquiring and managing high-quality supply. We aim to partner closely with various leaders and cross-functional teams to advance our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize enablement programs that align with the experiences sector.
- Create and coordinate educational content for onboarding and training programs across global field teams.
- Facilitate the documentation and updating of program materials to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
- Amplify AI-powered enablement tools for enhanced engagement and skill development.
Required:
- Minimum of four years in an enablement role managing complex projects successfully.
- Proven ability to work effectively as a cross-functional business partner.
- Strong expertise in design and leveraging AI for creative content creation.
- Proficiency in Gsuite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Canva Pro, and Figma.
