Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Camarillo, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a search for a Program Manager to lead new product development and sustaining initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and keep program performance on track across financial, schedule, quality, and technical goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated product teams to support customer satisfaction and program execution.
- Manage customer communications, expectations, contracts, and contractual commitments across the business.
- Track program metrics for financials, quality, schedule, technical performance, and delivery through all PROLaunch phases.
- Oversee risk management, change management, reporting, and negotiation of pricing strategies and contract terms.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of program management or project management experience within a new product development manufacturing or operations environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR, including U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee.
