Job Summary:
Join our client as a Program Manager – Business Professional III
.This on-site role involves leading projects to ensure the facility is prepared for operational changes and can sustain them within routine production. You’ll work closely with various teams to drive project success and maintain quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of action items and risk assessments for business process mapping.
• Create and update project schedules and status reports.
• Conduct business process mappings and translate them into actionable steps.
• Track documentation updates and workstream activities.
• Generate weekly progress dashboards and readiness task trackers.
• Facilitate team sessions to drive decisions and action plans.
Skills Required:
• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and Visio.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with operational readiness in large-scale manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and PMI principles.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, project management, or a related technical field.
