Job Title: Program Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Manager – Non-IT. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation and ethics in human research protection. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration across various scientific branches.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Institutional Review Board (IRB) administrative processes and provide pre-review of research applications.
- Deliver consultation and education to investigators on human subjects research compliance.
- Engage in outreach activities and other functions of the Athlete Protection Program.
- Lead focused fact-finding missions and produce actionable recommendations.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific, biomedical, or health field with 5-7 years of experience in human research protection.
- Expertise in research ethics and knowledge of federal regulations regarding human subjects, including HHS and FDA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Experience working with Human Research Protection Programs and/or IRBs.
