Join Our Team as a Project Assistant!

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to support engineering and construction projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant to join our team and provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of our projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager and project team with administrative tasks and project information
  • Organize and maintain project files, filing systems, and project communications
  • Perform data entry for projects and maintain tracking systems
  • Track the status of projects and produce monthly progress reports
  • Update record copies, engineering project documentation, and changes
  • Provide information and prepare research data related to projects
  • Record minutes from Project Manager and team meetings, reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor, and supplier presentations
  • Answer phones, direct calls, sort incoming mail, and handle outgoing mailings and labels
  • Collect and distribute client bills and invoices
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. Order and maintain office supplies
  • Update the project calendar, schedule client interviews, presentations, and other meetings
  • Assist with clerical needs on projects and maintain data entry for project contact lists and execution plans
  • Comply with all company policies and standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Applicable experience may be substituted for education requirements
  • Preferred applicable office/clerical experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
