Project Controls Analyst

Tulsa, Oklahoma

Location: 1 One Williams Center Tulsa Oklahoma 74172(100% onsite)
Contract: 6 months contract (with possible extension or conversion)

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a team of 11 Project Controls Analysts. The ideal candidate will support project scheduling activities, provide subject matter expertise in scheduling, and collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders onsite or in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project scheduling activities and maintain project schedules.

  • Serve as a Scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.

  • Assist team members with scheduling processes, best practices, and related activities.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders onsite or in the field.

  • Help ensure effective project planning, scheduling, and coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project scheduling.

  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling processes and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.

  • Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.
