Job Title: Project Controls Cost Analyst
Location: Akron, OH or Greensburg, PA
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Project Controls Cost Analyst, where you’ll collaborate with multiple project managers to support projects at various stages of design and construction. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and quality in all project controls deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project managers to support design and construction phases.
• Develop and maintain cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy in cost reports and forecasts.
• Conduct quality checks on project controls deliverables.
• Integrate schedule data with financial data for consistency.
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the project controls team.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel; valid driver’s license required.
