Job Title: Project Controls Specialist
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate and optimize project resources for a dynamic organization delivering custom integrated test systems. Our team values effective communication, proactive planning, and a commitment to delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Recommend resource assignments based on team members’ skills, availability, and project needs.
- Forecast future resource requirements and communicate potential bottlenecks or shortages to management.
- Track employee billable hours and workloads to promote balanced resource utilization.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure alignment of staffing with project timelines.
Required:
- At least 7 years of experience as a project coordinator or in operations.
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies, tools, and tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and effective communication with stakeholders.
