Job Title: Project Coordinator – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a Project Coordinator – Non-IT to support leave coverage on a short-term contract. This position plays an important role in coordinating schedules, maintaining project plans, supporting communications, and helping keep work moving efficiently across a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support schedule coordination, meeting deadlines, and maintaining project timelines with minor oversight.
- Assist with collecting key project metrics, progress indicators, and status updates.
- Help coordinate communications, including internal and external status reporting and project health updates.
- Support resource planning, budget data tracking, and risk identification with mitigation follow-up as needed.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a program or operations coordinator role.
- Experience with schedule coordination and meeting deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Airtable experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs proactively before they are voiced.
- Degree preferred, but not required; project management certification is helpful, but not required.
