Overview
This PMA position is needed to support the continued processing of CPAs, CREQs, CCRs, and other project administration activities as part of the transition away from the Evergreen contract. These resources will provide critical support to the DER organization by helping maintain workload coverage and ensuring the timely processing of project documentation and financial transactions.
Required qualifications:

Processing closeout CREQs, CPAs, and CCRs for in-service, withdrawn, and past-due projects

Submitting FIN005 documentation to Plant Accounting

Requesting final accounting and coordinating customer refunds and invoices

Supporting the resolution of project closeout issues

Preparing In-Service-to-Close reporting

Maintaining the project closeout tracker to ensure accurate status reporting and compliance with company requirements
