Job Title: Project Management Senior Associate
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team supporting strategic planning and contractual operations. Our team focuses on ensuring critical contract obligations are met and operational processes are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management of contractual obligations, including drafting new contracts, interpreting terms, and coordinating amendments.
- Assist in contract creation, redlining, negotiations, and resolving contract or customer issues across all contract phases.
- Contribute to performance metric tracking, reporting, and monthly SLA dashboard creation.
- Maintain and update training documentation and support other assigned strategic operations tasks.
Required:
- Master’s degree; or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience; or Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience; or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
- Experience in contract management and project management, including contract creation and amendments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
