Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Tukwila, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a hiring team seeking a detail-oriented professional to support integrated planning, schedule coordination, and change management for active commercial and commercial derivative test programs. This position plays an important part in tracking performance, consolidating status, and helping ensure commitments, metrics, and reporting stay aligned across stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities for integrated program and project plans.
- Maintain, analyze, and produce metrics related to plans, status updates, customer commitments, and supplier commitments.
- Assist with risk assessments, mitigation planning, task updates, and identification of performance variances and change information.
- Coordinate document work statements, schedules, recovery plans, and regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 3 or more years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree with typically 1 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets, consolidate status, and generate metrics.
- Experience hosting meetings with engineering teams to collect status, document risks and issues, and support collaborative follow-up.
- Experience preparing weekly presentations to convey performance to plan and presenting status to leadership.
