Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Mesa, Arizona (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the onboarding of new statement of work into fabrication operations and help coordinate work movement and placement activities. Our team is looking for someone who can partner across multiple functions, support business case development, and help drive process improvements that strengthen operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding activities for new statement of work into fabrication operations.
- Coordinate permanent and emergent work movements and placement activities.
- Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to support project execution.
- Develop business cases, assess risks, track milestones, and communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
Required:
- Project management experience of approximately 5 to 10 years.
- Experience with Microsoft systems.
- Experience improving process efficiencies.
- Manufacturing experience with understanding of the production lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 6 or more years of related work experience within production, or a Master’s degree with typically 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
