Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support integrated planning, scheduling, and change management activities for a complex program environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain schedule integrity, track performance metrics, and support coordination across stakeholders to keep plans aligned and actionable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated plans, schedules, and schedule-related deliverables to support program and project requirements.
- Support the integration of program plans and schedules across functional groups, suppliers, and partners.
- Review proposed changes to baseline plans and help assess impacts to schedule-related deliverables.
- Track schedule status, identify performance variances and downstream impacts, and communicate findings and recovery needs to leadership.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree with typically 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with program scheduling software, with more than 3 years of experience using Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, or Milestones Professional.
- Experience with Open Plan Professional is strongly preferred and will be considered a top priority.
