Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for CMS/DAM initiatives, liaising with stakeholders, documenting progress, and updating leadership regularly
- Aid in scaling innovation pilot programs by crafting processes, change management plans, and facilitating training and communication
- Oversee medium to large-scale projects, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative content pilots and Content Management and Publishing Platforms
- Strategize, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge executional success and streamline delivery processes
- Foster collaboration across teams to achieve project goals and uphold operational excellence
- Support change management endeavors, including implementing training, communication, and engagement strategies
- Identify and introduce new services to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in execution, proposing process enhancements
- Assess and establish foundational and innovative capabilities, including Content Management and Publishing Platforms and AI content generation technology
- Experiment with emerging technologies to elevate content user experiences, aligning capabilities with overall business objectives
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in managing medium to large-scale projects
- In-depth understanding of Change Management principles
- Strong collaborative and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Experience in process design and optimization
- Familiarity with DAM (digital asset management) and CMS (content management systems)
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence technology
- Previous involvement in a large organization
