Job Summary:
Join our team as a Project Manager in Orlando, FL, where you’ll lead construction projects from start to finish. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders. Your expertise will drive project success and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government agencies.
- Engage in pre-construction activities, including estimating, bidding, and permitting.
- Review subcontractor scopes and pricing for accuracy.
- Handle subcontract agreements, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Develop and update project schedules to track progress.
- Monitor project budgets and profitability.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management.
- Strong skills in managing multiple projects and subcontractor relationships.
- Proficient in construction documents, scheduling, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar software.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, onsite role in Orlando, FL.
- Occasional regional travel to project sites.
