Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead complex technology projects within a dynamic program management office environment. Our team plays a key role in executing strategic technology initiatives, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-value technology projects, ensuring objectives are met within established timeframes.
- Manage project scope, financials, and risk by defining deliverables, identifying dependencies, and tracking progress against baseline plans.
- Collaborate with product, risk, and technical teams, allocating resources and communicating project status to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document and archive project activities and outcomes, capturing metrics, and providing closure analysis to inform future initiatives.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- 6-8 years of project management experience, with demonstrated expertise in technical project delivery, especially within lending or financial services environments.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Jira, X-Ray, ServiceNow, and experience managing application dependencies and defect tracking.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting for high-value projects and a solid understanding of risk management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience required; PMP or PMI certification preferred.
