Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver key technology projects for our client’s program management office, supporting high-impact initiatives within the retail financial sector. Our team values individuals who bring technical expertise, strong financial management abilities, and a passion for driving innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of complex technical projects, overseeing planning, resource management, and delivery to meet established objectives and timelines.
  • Manage high-value project budgets and financials, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective reporting of performance metrics.
  • Drive collaboration with product, risk, and technology teams to manage dependencies, address risks, and deliver project outcomes.
  • Document project deliverables and lessons learned, track progress, and implement improvements based on project assessments and results.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in technical project management within the retail or banking technology space, with proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives.
  • Proficiency in managing financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and risk management, with hands-on experience using Jira X-Ray and ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent; PMP or PMI certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and collaborative skills, with experience overseeing application dependencies and defect management.
