Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a high-priority initiative to redesign how vital documents and content are managed, catalogued, and maintained. Our team drives the organization and governance of large volumes of regulated or structured materials to ensure efficiency, clarity, and seamless access for stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, catalog, and tag a variety of documents using established metadata and taxonomy to improve accessibility within SharePoint environments.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts, learning professionals, and external vendors to validate, revise, and publish accurate and role-based content.
- Break down and restructure complex, lengthy documentation into concise, user-friendly reference materials, visual aids, and navigable resources.
- Establish and maintain content governance processes, including ownership, update cadence, and version control to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and ability to organize, classify, and manage large quantities of structured information.
- Hands-on experience cataloging and managing content libraries or knowledge repositories, with strong proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.
- Proven written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and create clear, accessible documentation or visuals.
- Bachelor’s degree or above and relevant experience organizing regulated or knowledge-based content; high comfort collaborating with teams in US time zones.
