Job Title: eCOA Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our team in delivering high-quality project execution within the Patient Experience Data & Clinical Outcomes Assessments space. Our team values strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal direction.
Responsibilities:
- Track and ensure accountability for study/project timelines and key performance indicators, supporting execution of the tactical plan.
- Identify and raise any issues related to project scope, timelines, and budgets, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
- Manage budget-related tasks, including accruals, invoicing, and effective communication with finance teams.
- Foster positive relationships with both cross-functional and external partners to achieve targeted project outcomes.
Required:
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with agile thinking in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing vendors and working with study management systems (iEnvision or similar platforms preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
