Responsibilities:
- Oversee project budgeting, planning, monitoring, and reporting to support effective and consistent project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient completion of safety-focused initiatives while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Track project finances, calculate benefit realization, and provide performance reporting, including timely updates and presentations to executive leadership.
- Implement rigorous project management practices to ensure strategic safety goals and objectives are achieved.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects, with a minimum of seven years’ relevant background.
- Proficiency in project budgeting, cost analysis, decision-making, and utilizing data-driven methodologies to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of formal project management methodologies, including scheduling, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and change management skills; strong understanding of distribution operations is highly valued.
