Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, planning, execution, and reporting of safety work plan initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project execution and cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Track project finances, perform benefit realization calculations, and provide regular performance reporting to executive and senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and positive project environment while maintaining rigorous project management practices aligned with company objectives.
Required:
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects, with a demonstrated history of over seven years in similar roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in budgeting, cost analysis, decision-making, and project methodologies.
- Ability to implement change management strategies, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit adaptability, integrity, and self-awareness.
- Familiarity with distribution operations, company policies, and data-driven project management, along with a creative approach to team engagement and problem-solving.
