Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead multiple large-scale technical initiatives within a dynamic technology environment. Our team is responsible for supporting critical programs and transformation efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and managing ambiguity with confidence.
- Develop and own integrated project plans, dependencies, and critical paths across diverse technical teams.
- Proactively anticipate challenges and risks, taking early action to mitigate potential issues while maintaining delivery control.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting key risks, tradeoffs, and decisions while influencing outcomes across business lines.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience managing technical projects and delivering results in complex environments.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- High agency thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving project scopes and competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
