Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented professional to manage complex, high-impact projects focused on business use of enterprise systems. Our team values proactive communication and strong project leadership to ensure key initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage one or more high-level, complex projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate project team members and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate upcoming activities, mile­stone deadlines, and escalate risks or issues as required to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain clear documentation of project requirements, regularly update status, and track resource allocation and project progress.

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including ERP implementation experience (SAP to SAP4Hana preferred).
  • Expertise in project/program management, involving business use of systems or software.
  • Strong skills in MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Visio; experience using MS Teams for collaboration.
  • Education: Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience OR Associate’s degree and 8 years’ experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years’ experience.
