Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead a major organizational strengthening initiative for this company’s North Carolina operations. Our team is committed to driving readiness, capacity-building, and sustainable improvements by engaging cross-functional stakeholders across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities for organizational workshops.
- Coordinate stakeholders from Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning & Development, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate workshop sessions, strategic discussions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and follow-up action planning activities.
- Drive organizational strengthening initiatives focused on workforce planning, leadership development, operational alignment, and process optimization.
Required:
- Human Resources experience with a strong focus in Project and Program Management, Organizational Strengthening, and Change Management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage organizational workshops, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Minimum education/experience: Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree with 2 years, Bachelor’s degree with 4 years, Associate’s degree with 8 years, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must be local to Holly Springs, North Carolina as this is an onsite position.
