Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent data science initiatives. Our team is focused on turning complex data into actionable intelligence that impacts millions of lives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the delivery of multiple data science projects from initiation through completion.
- Define project direction, scope, timelines, and deliverables in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical, across the organization and occasionally with external partners.
- Ensure project insights are actionable and facilitate presentations of project results to stakeholders, including hands-on contributions in Python when required.
Required:
- 5 to 7 years of experience managing complex projects, with a track record of full project ownership in environments with multiple product management structures.
- Exceptional skills in project management, change management, and stakeholder management.
- Fluency in AI/ML tools and methodologies, including GenAI/Agentic AI, with hands-on Python programming experience.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure considered a plus) and a strong ability to work cross-functionally, including within agile teams.
