Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager for a contract opportunity supporting technology initiatives within a retail-focused line of business. Our team is looking for a professional who can lead multiple projects, partner closely with stakeholders, and help drive delivery from early planning through launch and post-release support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of technology projects from ideation through launch and post-release support.
- Partner with stakeholders, business partners, and product owners to align objectives, priorities, and delivery goals.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while driving Agile/Scrum practices and facilitating core ceremonies.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, risks, and financial performance while supporting change management efforts.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3 to 5 years of project management experience is required for candidates with a bachelor’s degree, or 10 years or more of experience without a bachelor’s degree.
- Proven project management experience in retail or product development environments, with strong technical project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum frameworks and leading large, complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience, including project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and give and receive feedback.
- Proficiency with Jira, Clarizen, Confluence, Service Now, Microsoft Suite, and Excel.
