Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Reno, Nevada (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to support multiple capital projects and help drive timely, organized, and cost-effective delivery. Our team is looking for someone who can coordinate stakeholders, manage scope and schedules, and keep project activity moving with a strong focus on safety, financial tracking, and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Support project executives across multiple projects and assignments.
- Develop scopes, schedules, and status updates for assigned projects.
- Track project risks, budgets, scope, invoices, and vendor RFP activity while coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance against schedules and critical path, while supporting safety-first execution and travel to project locations as needed.
Required:
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience in project management or construction management.
- Ability to prepare and track budgets, with understanding of technical requirements for construction and renovation projects.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members.
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings.
