Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a detail-oriented project professional to support furniture project delivery from planning through installation. Our team is looking for someone who can manage scope, coordinate stakeholders, and keep documentation, schedules, and budgets aligned from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead furniture project planning, including scopes of work, procurement packages, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project management teams, architects, clients, furniture dealers, and other stakeholders to keep work moving forward.
  • Maintain project documentation, including open items logs, deliverable reviews, and procurement-related records.
  • Support vendor selection, order entry, furniture installation coordination, and regular stakeholder meetings to address progress and issues.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, interior design, or communications.
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role, preferably within the corporate real estate industry such as an A/D firm or furniture dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of furniture management best practices, technical coordination of furniture specifications, and familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage a project independently up to 50,000 RSF and assist on larger projects.
  • Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, NCIDQ certification, and experience with CAD or CET.
