Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to support multiple capital and renovation projects from planning through execution. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Support project executives across multiple assignments and develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
- Identify and address project risks, logistical issues, budget concerns, and scope-related challenges.
- Coordinate and track vendor RFPs, interact with contractors and subcontractors, and monitor project performance against schedules and critical path.
- Prepare project status reports, process invoices, maintain financial and due diligence files, and support safe, cost-effective project delivery.
Required:
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Project management or construction management experience.
- Ability to prepare and track budgets.
- Understanding of technical requirements for construction and renovation projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members.
