Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Brownwood, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a Project Manager to support capital expenditure and facility renewal initiatives across a mixed office, lab, and plant environment. This role is central to delivering infrastructure improvements on time, within budget, and to quality standards while helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple concurrent capital projects from design development through construction closeout and commissioning.
- Coordinate contractors and construction teams to support HVAC, electrical, roof, building envelope, paving, and equipment installation work.
- Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, inspections, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to minimize disruption to facility operations while tracking capital spending and project status.
Required:
- Experience managing project management or project engineering work tied to construction and facility renewal projects.
- Technical understanding of MEP-related work, with base-level knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage administrative duties and multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work independently, self-manage, and communicate effectively with client-facing stakeholders and contractors.
