Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for an exciting Project Manager opportunity supporting organizational strengthening initiatives that bring structure, alignment, and momentum to cross-functional work. Our team is seeking a skilled professional who can coordinate stakeholders, facilitate working sessions, and help translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive project planning, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities for the organizational strengthening workshop.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning & Development, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate workshop sessions, strategic discussions, stakeholder alignment meetings, and follow-up action planning.
- Track deliverables, action items, risks, dependencies, and escalation items to support timely execution and implementation.
Required:
- Experience managing structure workstreams and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
- Strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Experience with project management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Ability to support organizational readiness, capacity-building initiatives, process alignment, talent strategies, and sustainable operational improvements.
