Job Title: Project Manager
Location: San Diego, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a Project Manager who will support the delivery of regional capital and facility projects at a single site in San Diego. This position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate with key stakeholders, and help drive successful outcomes across planning, delivery, and close-out.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned capital and facility projects, from planning through close-out.
- Coordinate and oversee CM, strategic equipment suppliers, architects, engineers, commissioning partners, and other project professionals.
- Support budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, change control, invoice review, and reporting activities.
- Conduct field visits, lead meetings, and collaborate with stakeholders to address project issues, risks, delays, and quality concerns.
Required:
- Approximately 10 years of Owner’s Representative project management experience.
- 5–10 years of General Contractor experience.
- Strong commercial construction background with hands-on MEP experience.
- Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering background preferred, along with strong project planning, execution, communication, stakeholder management, and Excel/project management experience.
