Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to support healthcare-focused project delivery across scope, schedule, and stakeholder coordination. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can help drive active clinic and hospital projects forward while supporting strong client service and organized project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support project executives on large, complex assignments and assist with project-related issue resolution.
- Develop and document project scope and schedule, including weekly meeting coordination and status reporting.
- Track consultant, contractor, and vendor RFPs, documentation, purchase orders, invoices, and financial files.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to manage requirements, maintain organization, and support timely, cost-effective delivery.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
- 2-3 years of practical experience in a project administration / accounting position is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction management as an Associate Project Manager is required.
- Healthcare experience working in an active clinic and/or hospital is required, with ambulatory healthcare experience as a must-have; experience with California healthcare construction, JCAHO, ADA, and OSHPD is required, and familiarity with architectural drawings, medical equipment, furniture, and space planning concepts is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Projects, Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite is required; ability to understand contractor schedules is required, and Ebuilder experience, acute care experience, and MEP experience are preferred.
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is strongly preferred, and flexibility with work hours and travel as needed is required.
