Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven professional to lead projects from initiation through completion with clarity, structure, and accountability. This opportunity offers the chance to coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage progress against key milestones, and help ensure deliverables meet time, budget, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams and coordinate activities to keep work aligned with project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and support timely resolution.
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management, while managing documentation, meetings, budgets, and quality expectations.
Required:
- PMP required for all Project Management roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with Capacity Expansion Distribution Projects.
- Experience with Procurement/Material Management.
- Experience supporting project documentation, schedules, reports, and stakeholder communication.
